1. Where do I donate computers?
Reboot Tech can arrange to pick up your donated computer anywhere in the broader Capital District area. Visit our contact page and we will reach out to set up an appointment. 

2. Will my personal information be safe during the refurbishing process?
Reboot Tech takes the security of your personal information seriously. Your hard drive will be immediately removed from the computer, destroyed, and replaced with a new solid state drive.

3. Do you accept checks, credit cards/debit cards?
Reboot Tech cannot accept personal checks. We accept all major credit/debit cards.
